Help bring my idea to life!
We are launching on Kickstarter in the hopes of raising funds to help bring this idea to life. Currently, we are in the concept phase and are working with a plush manufacturer to help design and create the first French Bulldog prototype. Your support will help us move into the design and manufacturing phase of the first 1,000 lovies. Kickstarter gives us the opportunity to showcase our idea and help gain funding from dedicated groups of supporters who are passionate about our product and our mission to help animals. We are counting on our supporters to help bring this concept to life as this will lead us to creating more lovies in the future that help all sorts of animals (ex. polar bears, tigers, dolphins, etc).
About me:
As a stay-at-home mom to two under two, my whole identity revolves around raising my children. In between all of that, I lost a piece of my identity and began searching for my purpose in life. As a young child, I was always drawn to helping and being around animals from all walks of life. As I began searching for my purpose amongst the chaos that comes with raising two small toddlers, I found that becoming a foster dog mom has helped me reignite my passion of helping animals in need.
Being such an animal lover and having that entrepreneurial spirit within me, I began forming an idea that would incorporate both small children and saving animals in need. My daughter's lovie is what helped shaped that idea! I realized that my daughter took her lovie everywhere and while there are many different lovies on the market right now, none of them carry a deeper mission to help raise awareness and funds for animal welfare. This sparked the idea in me to create a lovie that is both gentle and safe for infants and toddlers with a mission behind it. What I am hoping to create is a line of unique lovies, each inspired by specific animals in need of support. This endeavor matters to me personally because it allows me to blend my love for my children with my passion for animals, transforming my experience as a stay-at-home mom into a purposeful venture. Creating these lovies gives me a sense of purpose while teaching children compassion and empathy towards animals.
Moreover, by introducing children to the concept of helping animals from a young age, I hope to instill a love for all living creatures. This small act of kindness - carrying a lovie that symbolizes and supports animal welfare - can spark conversations about empathy and responsibility in their formative years. Ultimately, this project is more than just a product; it's about creating a legacy of kindness and awareness while making a tangible difference for animals in need.
Our mission is to create lovies from high-quality, eco-friendly fabrics that resemble animals that are needing our support where a portion of profits from each lovie sold will be donated to reputable animal organizations. Tiny & Mighty Collective is committed to creating high-quality, safe and cuddly lovies that help promote a culture of kindness and respect towards all animals, encouraging our young generation to be advocates for animal welfare.
